If you look closely, they don’t wash their soup lids, cause I’ve seen the same soup lid dirty for about a month. I’m really concerned as to how that goes unnoticed! And there’s clearly old soup encrusted on to the lid. I’m so tired of this place ripping me off. Their employees must get paid verrrry well for the 100-150% upcharge that they have on damn near all their products. The people who sell their strawberries must pick anything that’s red because out of one carton of strawberries, only 3 or 4 of them are actually picked after they ripen!!! Salty strawberries! Then the looks I get from the employees that work here are really insane because I shop here so often but I literally feel like I’m treated like a thief or something or like someone who isn’t supposed to “be there”. Quite strange. On a more positive note the front end workers seem very happy to be around eachother and it makes me think they have a better than good relationship with each other and love being there… Anyways I’ve just realized that this place isn’t all that. I keep coming back for the things on sale I can’t get anywhere else, but that list is dwindling. I just feel robbed everytime I come here and it also fe

I am rating three rather than five stars because this location has repeatedly struggled with inconsistent and incorrect allergen identification. On one occasion I was told by an employee that a baked good was gluten free, and became very ill after eating it upon discovering it contained barley. I don’t have this issue at the Menominee location. We all make mistakes but it’s very important for employees to be informed and for labeling to be clear and consistent so that people don’t get hurt!

I decided to stop here while on a trip to Eau Claire. I was very excited to find some products that I had been looking for at stores that are local to me. There were many refrigerated/freezer items that I would have purchased if I lived closer. This place is a gem and worth checking out if you want a special treat to the be adventurous and try something new!

Larges selection of organic and local foods & products from area businesses. Has a great small eating area inside and outdoor seasonal patio. Good selection of pastry items. 7/27/2026Monday evening meal for $6 was great...good tasting and value. Had never been to second floor. before...beautiful!

Love the new Menomonie Market Food Co-op! Great inventory and friendly staff. No salad bar, unfortunately, but still a great addition to downtown Eau Claire.
